Meet Kristin Rubio
Kristin has over 11 years of leadership and accounting experience, 4 of these years were focused solely on the dental industry. Prior to working in the dental field, Kristin worked in management at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel. Her responsibilities included recruiting talented team members, maintaining the highest level of personal services, and leveraging the financial performance of a 5-million-dollar operation.
Being solely responsible for this large and diverse operation taught her excellent organizational skills, time management and how to maximize efficiencies. Most importantly it has instilled foundational principles of trust, honesty, respect, integrity and commitment that are requirements of effective, long term team members.
Kristin provides a comprehensive menu of services that includes; job duty counseling, creating a job posting proven to impress high caliber applicants, hands on screening of potential applicants, bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, advertising/marketing solutions, and designing or enhancing your company’s website. Her role in supporting your practices with recruiting, bookkeeping, website design or marketing solutions will be enlightening and take most of the work out of the process.
